Acceptance

By downloading or using Tavola, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the app

Tavola is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise access the app in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Impersonate another user or share false information.

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create in Tavola (notes, list names, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

Availability

We aim to keep Tavola running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

Tavola is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peter Pinti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Tavola.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
